David explained the issue, showed me the short on the board, and quickly ordered the part. The part cost ended up being lower than expected, which was a pleasant surprise.,Within a few days, they came back to replace the board, plus service the fridge coils. They worked quickly and neatly. His staff member showed up and was so polite and helpful!
